We will make every effort to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible after accepting your order and sending them to the address you have provided.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our Return Policy. For personalised items, you have a 30-minute window to amend or change the order by contacting us.

The processing timelines varies for different orders and is stated as below:

● Story boxes- next day

● Personalised item- 2-3 days processing time 

● Curtain ties/ frames- 3-5 days processing time 

● Name garlands- 12-14 days processing time

Once the order is ready, the transit time varies depending on the location:

● Dubai 1-2days

● Other emirates- 2-3 days 

Events Outside Our Control

We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under these terms due to events outside our control. If we fail to meet our obligations, we are responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our breach or negligence, but we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
